The Suit
This outfit has a very monumental moment behind it.

When I first bought this outfit in September 2020, it didn’t fit me at all. This was the first time that I realized that I gained a significant amount of weight during the pandemic, because this outfit was my size. From there I put the outfit away and cried my eyes out. I tried on the other clothing items that I bought, and they fit except the suit.
I began my work out journey and I started to see results. Months pass and it’s the day of the launch photo shoot. I was scrambling through outfits all night long then I thought to myself, “what about the suit?”
The day of the photo shoot, I tried on the suit for the first time in 4 months, and they slipped right onto my body. The amount of joy that I felt couldn’t be measured and I began to cry.
This monumental moment showed the hard work that I had been putting in to maintain a healthy life, and it also presented the amount of growth physically and mentally that I had attained.
Every single time I look at this suit, I am reminded that growth can and will happen to you when you are focused and well-disciplined.
