Terms of service.

Our goal at NOSIPHO is to make your life easier through directing your photos, videos, and events/projects. All edited photos will be provided to you within 7-14 days and you will receive 40-50 of them. When the client shares their photos on social media they must tag @nosiphollc as the creative director and @freakishnerd as the photographer within their caption.

If you are participating in an event for NOSIPHO, then you will receive your photos within 30-90 days, but you cannot post them on any social media until NOSIPHO permits. NOSIPHO will give permission to post photos within 90 days of shooting the project. You are allowed to take pictures with your cell phone as long as you tag @nosiphollc in every single photo.

When the client shares their professional photos done by Mahdi Atif on their social media they must tag @nosiphollc as the creative/artistic director and @freakishnerd as the photographer within their caption. The client must tag any other team members that worked their photo shoot (i.e. stylist, mua, model coach).

If you are unsatisfied with our services we will refund your security deposit and give you a coupon of your choosing for your next appointment.
